The main tasks of the Engineering Center are:
– Practical testing of “green” technologies, identification of their application possibilities and evaluation of economic efficiency.
– Identification of advanced foreign technologies and their adaptation to Russian conditions.
– Organization of interaction and cooperation on the basis of the Engineering Centre EIPC leading Russian manufacturing organizations, educational and scientific centers.
– Implementation of technology transfer, diffusion of innovations, industrial production of structures and materials.
– Implementation, support and development of a project-based management system within the framework of QMS improvement.

 

HPI for providing heat and cold supply of buildings

Heat pump installation (HPI) is a compact unit designed for autonomous heating, cooling and hot water supply of a building. The main difference of TNU from other generators of thermal energy, for example, electric, gas and diesel heat generators is that by heat production, up to 80% of energy is extracted from the environment.

Advantages of HPI allow to easily solve the problems of heat supply of the urban complex and facilities located far from communications (farm, cottage community, gas stations on the highway, etc.). In general, the heat pump is universal (heating, cooling, hot water) and is applicable both in civil, industrial and private construction.

Application of heat pump plants (TNU) for cooling and heating in technological processes:
- Drying of agricultural raw materials;

- processes of condensation of distillation columns;

Renewable energy sources (RES) are sources based on constantly existing or periodically occurring energy flows in the environment. Renewable energy is present in the environment in the form of energy, which is not a consequence of a persons purposeful activity. Renewable energy resources include energy:
- the sun;
- the worlds ocean in the form of tidal energy, wave energy;
- Wind;
- produced from biomass;
- geothermal sources.

Technologies and equipment for gas cleaning

Creation of a new generation of gas cleaning equipment and ecotechnical systems that ensure maximum environmental safety and high competitiveness in the world market of ecotechnics.
The tasks of engineering research in the development and implementation of gas cleaning systems are:
- development of a methodology for estimating the costs of reducing emissions to the atmosphere in various industries;
- analysis and identification of innovative and international competitive methods, methods and devices for cleaning emissions into the atmosphere;
- assistance in the creation and improvement of technologies for reducing harmful gaseous oxides emissions, as well as reducing emissions taking into account energy efficiency and resource saving, including: the introduction of methods for disposing of discharged thermal energy during the purification of emissions into the atmosphere;
- automation of the system process unit + gas-cleaning (or dust-collecting) installation with emission monitoring.
